I booked this apartment through this agency and reconfirmed details with the owner. When I entered, I immediately smelled musty and smoke. The floor and all surfaces were completely dirty with dust, maybe coming from a working site on the street. The sofa and bed were dirty; the sheets smelled terrible, and the yellow seating pouffes were dirty, too. The washing machine was stuffed with the sheets of the previous guest, and in the shower, I found empty cans of shampoo, left there. Also, the stove did not work. The conditions of these apartment were so dirty and terrible that I decided to leave and I was forced to pay one night even if the apartment completely violated every rules of decency. Real shame.
