ORCHID is a new flat in a new apartment building on the rim of central Belgrade. It has a terrace, two bedrooms and overall enough room for six people.
ORCHID is the largest of Belgrade apartments in Lekino Brdo (RUBY, IOTA and OMEGA are nearby). It consists of a large corridor, two bedrooms, a spotless bathroom and an open concept living room - the border between the living room and the kitchen and dining area is purely functional. Sleeping arrangement is 2+2+1+1 - two can share a double bed in the master bedroom, two can share a fold out L shaped sectional in the living room, and the the remaining two chose one of the two single beds in the guestroom. All of the furnishings are brand new, but it is hard not to perceive it as slightly undone. The kitchen is missing the cooker hood, there is a single wardrobe for six people (and it's in the master bedroom) and the (albeit lovely) bathroom is devoid of a washer. Given these, and the slightly pretentious mini bar it is clear that ORCHID is unsuitable for extended stays. There is a balcony, that spreads full width of the apartment and overlooks the quiet Mikoloshicheva street.
If location in Belgrade city center is not among your criteria, and you insist on having two bedrooms, ORCHID may regarded an acceptable option. The fact that it sleeps up to six adults at a mere 8 euros per night, certainly makes it one of the cheapest apartments for six people in Belgrade.
