With 90 square meters of floor area, designed interiors, a multitude of amenities and an elite location, GRAND is a truly grandiose appearance in the world of serviced apartments in Belgrade. Located on the sixth floor of an apartment building that exudes a spirit of pre-war aristocracy, and accessed via a separate entrance and a staircase (the elevator leads only up to the fifth floor). What awaits up the staircase, is quite impressive to say the least. You are greeted by a huge attic that has been transformed into a rather impressive, modern and bright living room area that takes up almost half of the flat. The dark brown floor planks framed with LED lights are a string site, whereas the large high-end sectional sofa and the large dining table with six accompanying chairs pose up a bright contrast and add up to the impression of luxury. The part closer to the entrance has been turned into a study, so you practically get an office within the same room. There are two other sections of the apartment. At the end closer to the entrance, there is a neat, fully equipped, kitchen with three worktops and an equally impressive bathroom with two washbasins, large shower cabin and a whole laundry hidden from sight behind the dark wooden cabinet (in accordance with the postulates of modern luxurious interiors). The far end of the room hides a somewhat larger bedroom with a wardrobe, double bed and an additional TV set. In spite of its size, the apartment is intended to accommodate a maximum of three adults (the third person can use the sofa in the living room as the bed).  
In terms of its location, it would be hard to describe it as anything, but very central. Nested in the heart of the pedestrian zone, it is perfectly positioned for those on a city break or a business trip. The accommodation, apart from being  within walking dstance of most of the famous cultural and historical sites of the capital, also bears certain advantages as a space for meetings, to which digital nomads and other business people of the present are no strangers, and its aesthetics will surely serve their affinities. When you add up the fact that it also has a possibility of parking, for a relatively symbolical surcharge – given the exclusivity of its location, this jewel in an array of similar luxurious retreats deserves our warm recommendations.
