BOUZOUKI 1 is a new apartment for four people in a new building near the Šumice park in Voždovac. It has a separate bedroom a large terrace and a parking spot included in its daily rental price.
One of the eight apartments in the same building, BOUZOUKI is a simply arranged and spacious abode for up to four people. Its living room, with a rectangular base with one of its corners reserved for a small kitchenette with a set of hot-plates and a microwave oven, and right next to it is the dining table for four people. The rest the room is is the living room area with a TV stand a couple of coffee tables and an L shaped sectional that unfolds into a double bed. From the room, a really huge terrace can be accessed (almost as big as the room itself. The bedroom is slightly smaller, with a double bed and a two-winged wardrobe. The bathroom is aesthetically pleasing, and it comes with a transparent panel for the shower and a washing machine tucked beneath the sink. BOUZOUKI 1 is just above the Šumice park. The not so enticing location is definitely compensated by the amenities that represent good value for money: a brand new interior, in a new building, with a garage spot included in daily rental price and the proximity of major thoroughfares (including the e 75 highway). Therefore, if you are not particularly keen on staying in a central area in Belgrade but you do need a parking spot do take into consideration one of the BOUZOUKIS.
