ROOSEVELT is a studio apartment in a newbuild near Vukov Spomenik neighbourhood. It can accommodate up to three people.
This generously equipped space with just a bit above thirty square meters of floor area packs everything you might expect from a short term rental in Belgrade, and then some. It consists of a rather neatly arranged entryway, bathroom with a nice hydromassging tub (and a TV set) and a single practically organised room that has a functionally partitioned living room, bedroom, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is to be commended – its relatively small space is not just aesthetically appealing, but also filled with appliances that cannot be found in far more luxurious abodes in Belgrade. On top of that , the living-bedroom area, has a fold out sofa and a double bed right next to each other, so all three persons can watch TV before going to sleep. Next to the breakfast bar is another sitting set with two adorable imitations of Eames chairs.
ROOSEWELT's location is suitable for those who know Belgrade, and a bullseye for those who are looking for accommodation near Vuk. Unfortunately, it does not have a dedicated parking spot, and on-street parking is limited up to two or three hours at best. However, bearing in mind that the neighbourhood it's is criss-crossed by various forms of high frequency public transport routes (including the BeoVoz- train). And that „the very center“ takes approximately fifteen minutes on foot, a car might just be a nuisance. Anyhow, if you are after a neatly arranged studio for three people near Vuk, ROOSEWELT might just be the thing for you.
