MERCATOR is a tidy one bedroom apartment opposite Old Mercator. It is on the tenth floor of a skyscraper and it can accommodate four people.
With classical furnishings, but not very classical size, MERCATOR is a spacious and bright one bedroom apartment in New Belgrade adapted for short term rent. It lies on the tenth floor of a new Belgrade skyscraper and without a grain of doubt offers an impressive sight over the social realist tenement panorama. Structurally speaking, short term rental MERCATOR consists of a long antechamber that leads into the bathroom, a separate bedroom and a very spacious living room with an adjacent, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for four people. The large L shaped sectional unfolds into a double bed, so together with the bed in bedroom MERCATOR can sleep up to four in a 2+2 arrangement. There is plenty of storage space in the apartment (wardrobes are in the hallway and the bedroom), and the bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, so MERCATOR is fairly suitable for extended stays as well.
MERCATOR is literally across the street from the Old Mercator, a slightly dilapidates but still functioning shopping centre in New Belgrade. Geographically it belongs to the group of apartments near the new Belgrade Council House. For those who arrive bz car, the good news is that on-street parking is free of charge. Old Mercator has plenty of functioning shops and a Farmer’s Market and the rest of the neighbourhood is surprisingly vivacious. The fast food street the works around the clock and 24/7 supermarket, pharmacy, are just a three minutes walk, a theater, lots of banks and other specialized shops and cafes are all within walking distance. It also has a great connection to other parts of town va public transport. The price depends on the number of guests, but given the relatively small number of serviced apartments in the area (with similar characteristics), MERCATOR is one of the few available options.
