LIPSTICK is an apartment in Belville for up to four people with a half partitioned bedroom, a terrace and own parking,
It is a standard single room apartment in Belville, that has been, through a simple and yet smart solution, turned into a one bedroom apartment. It has a fully separate kitchen, a bathroom with a tub (with a glass panel on it) and a washing machine, a living room with a separate dining area and almost fully separate bedroom where the partition is in fact a huge sliding doors wardrobe. It goes all the way up to the ceiling, and its surfaces are reflexive, which adds up to the feeling of spaciousness – and given the generally high ceilings in all apartments in Belville it means very spacious. Aesthetically, the apartment is contemporary, with simple forms, a nice combo of colors and a smart choice of decorative details and therefore rather pleasant to stay in. Sleeping arrangement is 2+2.
From its start, Belville has become a role model for all contemporary residential complexes in Belgrade. Professional and immaculate maintenance of common rooms and areas, a plethora of commercial facilities (which also happen to include a mid-sized shopping mall) and services in its immediate neighbourhood create an air where you do not have to leave the bounds of the residential complex in order to fulfill a wide variety of needs. Those fond of leisure will be pleasantly surprised by the proximity of the Sava Wharf, and its seemingly endless array of river barges – so called splavs – which are a trademark of Belgrade, of sorts. Moreover, Belgrade’s Sea (Ada Ciganlija) is just a boat ride away – and there are at least three “river taxi” services that operate there. The use of parking is included in daily rental price so should you happen to need a nice short term rental in Belville, there is no reason not to take LIPSTICK into consideration.
