NIKOLAY is a tidy and practical one bedroom apartment that spans on a pleasantly spacious floor area of cca 50 square meters. It consists of four separate functional rooms which are interconnected with a hallway. The first in line is the living room. It comes with a custom made sofa (that folds out into a 2x2.60 double bed), a crate turned into a table, an ottoman, a stationary bicycle and a TV shelf. The second is scarcely furnished, but nevertheless practical bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and an armchair which will be much appreciated as a clothes disposal spot. The kitchen and the bathroom are both exceptional: the bathroom is equipped with a custom build shower, modern bathroom accessories and a washing machine; the kitchen and its adjoining quirky coloured dining area is also well equipped, with two worktops and a nice collection of kitchenware (which includes a dishwasher).
