ALPHA is a one-bedroom apartment with a terrace in a brand new apartment building in Dorćol. It has a dedicated parking spot in the building's garage (a platform).
ALPHA is a bright, relatively spacious one bedroom apartment, where the floor area has been skilfully partitioned between the four functional areas (foyer, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom) which all meet in a large living room. And frankly, it’s been very charmingly designed. Apart from the fold out three seater, the furnishings include a cute retro office chair, a TV stand and a bookshelf (supplied with a generous selection of books). On the far end of the room, right next to the narrow, but perfectly arranged kitchen is the dining table with chairs for three people. The bedroom has a decent sized double bed squeezed in between the large wardrobe and the fully glazed wall, which also happens to be an exit to the balcony. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and a washing machine, so ALPHA might suitable for those who plan extended stays in Belgrade as well. On top of that, it’s also got a parking spot in the building’s garage, included in daily rental price, so you might say that apartment ALPHA is a fair representative of the upper middle class of short term rentals in Belgrade.
Besides ALPHA also happens to be one of the not-so-many apartments in the very city core in a newly built apartment building. It’s snuggled on the second floor in a quiet one way avenue close to Bitef Art Theater and Baylonee’s market. In walking terms, you are just five minutes away from the Bohemian Quarter and approximately 10 minutes away from the Republic Sqaure. Apart from the nearby Baylonee green market, the neighbourhood hosts a couple of renown ethnic cuisine restaurants and a myriad of services and shops. Given the amenities that come with it, it’s a fairly reasonable fact that the price of daily rent depends on the number of guests., We do, however, advise you to check the detailed price-list and see if the variation exceeds your budget.
