PASSAGE is a one bedroom apartment in an attic space of an apartment building in the heart of old Belgrade. It accommodates up to four people.
Nested on the sixth floor of an old apartment building, PASSAGE is an apartment for short term rent that packs four separate rooms into a nice and compact whole. The first bit of the apartment consists of a small but nicely arranged bathroom with a shower cabin, washer and a simple but effective black and white contrast. Second is the neatly arranged kitchen and its adjoining dining space with a table to sit four people. The slightly more spacious living room holds a sectional sofa (that turns into a double bed) and a small two-seater. The bedroom that connects to it has a standard double bed and an additional TV set inside. Fine lighting solutions and smooth colours contribute to the pleasant atmosphere, and the two wardrobes (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) should provide plenty of storage space when all four guests are present. The gable of the roof is windowed and the scenery overlooks the rooftops of the Old Town towards Zeleni venac.
When all else is taken into account, it is the location that is really the greatest advantage of this apartment. It is in the pedestrian zone, right next to the most central promenade in Belgrade – Knez Mihajlova Street. The neighbourhood is active 24/7, so you are unlikely to run out of anything that you won't be able to replenish with a five minute walk. If you arrive by car, forget about on street parking as it is next to impossible. However, an eight-storey public garage is literally across the street and a daily parking ticket there costs circa 20 euros. Last but not the least, the price of the apartment increases depending on the number of guests, so do check the detailed price list before you book the apartment to avoid unpleasant surprises.
