WATCH is a tiny studio apartment in Dorćol. It can accommodate up to three people.
This small, compact space of barely twenty square meters is one of the cheapest options of accommodation in Belgrade for three persons who need a parking. Although slightly unusually arranged, this small apartment has all the necessary functional areas: the kitchen, the dining area, the bathroom and a functionally separate sleeping area. The apartment sleeps up to three people: two can sleep on the double bed and one on a fold out chair which leans on the partitioning wall of the sleeping area. Unlike many apartments of similar sizes, WATCH has got a washing machine which is an additional plus for extended stays.
The apartment is snuggled into a quiet one way street of Lower Dorchol area, not far from Bitef Theater and Bohemian Quarter Skadarlija. The neighbourhood hosts a number of shops, a couple of renown ethnic quisisne restaurants (Old Herzegowina), a green market and a Costa Coffee. Knez Mihajlova and Republic Sqaure are a fifteen minute stroll. Apart from price, the greatest asset of WATCH is its parking spot. It is in the building’s garage and it is included in the daily renting price. Therefore, if you are looking for affordable accommodation in the very center of Old Belgrade, with own parking, WATCH should at the very top of your list.
