Nested on the fourth floor of an apartment building in the center of Belgrade and spanning on a floor area just a bit over 45 square meters, GUNNER offers pretty much all the necessary amenities for a comfortable short term, medium term and long term stays. Structurally it consists of four separate rooms interconnected via an entryway. The first in line is the large bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes and nightstands and an access to a backyard facing terrace. The second is the somewhat narrow and long, open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting set. It has an adjoining French balcony, which overlooks a very crowded intersection of two important  thoroughfares in Belgrade; owing to good insulation, it is a neat feature. The comparatively small bathroom packs in quite a bit and does not feel cramped owing to the good space utilisation ( ashower cabin, a washer and built in shelves fit in very neatly). The pantry provides extra storage space and all of the laundry equipment, so GUNNER is, without a grain of doubt  a comfy spot for extended stays. Sleeping arrangement is 2+2: a couple can share the double bed and the other two can sleep on the fold out sofa.
Apartment is located in the center of Belgrade, just fifty meters away from Faculty of Law and Tašmajdan Park. Slavia Square is an easy five minute walk down Beogradska street. Commercial facilities in the surroundings are so abundant that it would suffice to say you won’t run short of anything that cannot be found within a hundred meters of the apartment.  It also means that we would not reccomend this apartment to anyone who arrives by car as on street parking is almost impossible in the area. On the other hand, the intresection it is at is a sort of a public transport hub and offers a great connection to almost all other parts of town, making your own vehicle a slight nuisance. All in all, if you were looking for a short term rental for up to four people near the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, GUNNER should top your list.
