The apartment is rented on daily basis. Checkout time is 12:00 noon, unless the stipulated differently .

Failure to abandon the apartment till 12:00 hours incurs a charge for the following day, unless the failure was caused by Beoapartman.

You are advised to carry your valuables with you, as BEOAPARTMAN will not be responsible for any missing belongings.

No animals are allowed in the apartment.

Hot plates and heaters should not be used in the apartment. Our apartments are fully equipped rendering any additional heating appliances superfluous.

We advise our guests to handle equipment with care. The guests are required to pay for any damages caused by improper handling.

Guests are not allowed to make loud noise or otherwise disturb their neighbours, especially between 2 pm and 5 pm, and 10 pm and 7 am.

You are allowed to receive visitors, provided that they follow the rules outlined here.

In case of incompliance with these rules, BEOAPARTMAN reserves the right to refuse the use of the apartment and to declare the infringer an”unwanted guest“

The phone in the apartment allows you to make local calls and receive any incoming calls. However, numbers beginning with 0 and 9 are blocked.
