MALTA is a one bedroom apartment in upper Dorćol area which has been approprited for short term rent. It consists of five functionally separate areas connected via an entyway: those are respectively, the living room, the bedroom the kitchen with dining area, the bathroom and a small pantry. In addition, MLATA also has two small terraces, a feature that will be much appreciated by the non smokers among the guests. Apartment is decently furnished, and its interior, albeit a little barren, is also very practical for maintenance. The decorations arereduced to a minimum, which, unobtrusively ennobles the interior. The concvenience is enhanced by the presence of teh second tv set (in the bedroom)as well as a long list of appliances that will simplify any medium term or long term stays.
