TENNER is a nice, tidy apartment in Belville for up to four people. It has a standard separate bedroom, a separate kitchen, a terrace, a parking spot and plenty of space for a comfortable short term stay.
On its forty odd square meters of floor area (and slightly greater volume, becase of teh high ceilings) TENNER is a true representative of standardized short term rentals in Belville, with all of teh advantages usually ascribed to it. It has a bathroom with a shower cabin, a living room with adjunct dining area, a smaller bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a small pantry (that also serves as the laudry room). The interior design is contemporary with pleasant color combination and the apartment is furnished with pretty much everything you need for a comfortable short term or long term stay: a washing machine and just about enough wardrobe storage space. Sleeping arrangement is 2+2 (two can share the double bed and the other two can take the fold out sofa).
