If you are looking for a perfectly clean studio apartment for three, with a terrace in a new-build, close to King Alexanders Boulevard - your choice should be, without a grain of doubt ROSE. The small terrace treasures an enchanting view over the Zvezdara Forest and the rooftops of Belgrade.
Snuggled on the sixth floor of a new-build, ROSE is a studio apartment of modest dimensions and immodestly good upkeep. Thirty square meters floor area in a (tall enough) attic space was turned into a pleasant, cute and peculiarly arranged abode with a separate bathroom, functionally partitioned kitchen (with a dining table for two) and a living room with a sleeping area. Guests have a standard double bed and a single chair bed at their disposal. Owing to the small terrace, as well as the roof windows, ROSE is fairly bright, and the multitude of small decorative details; mock butterflies, figurines and the artificial rose corollas as well as the simple luminary solutions that give it a warm and intimate atmosphere.
ROSE is one of the cheaper apartments in Belgrade, and the range of its features would probably be most convenient for a small family or a small group of young adults. Should the need arise it can be combined with the neighbouring BUTTERFLY that can accommodate additional six people. Location is by no means central, but you can reach the Old Cty's core within 15 minutes. Apart from the Dyeram green market (which is literally under a minute away), the street has a 24/7 supermarket, so there's little chance that you'll miss groceries. King Alexander's Boulevard, the second longest street in Belgrade, is a fine spot for shopping, but not devoid of fine restaurants or cake shops. On street parking is available - Zone 3.
