SPIRE is a fully renovated studio apartment nested on the thirteenth floor of a skyscraper in Lower Dorchol area. It's one of the five apartments in the group, and hence suitable for large groups of gusts. It sleeps up to three people.
Small, practical and well furnished, SPIRE is a neat accommodation option for up to three persons. The apartment consists of a separate bathroom with an open, custom built shower terrace and a large room that packs all others functional wholes into one (the bedroom, the living room, the kitchenette and the dining area).Sleeping arrangement is 2+1 – two on the standard double and one on the fold out armchair. The interior design is modern and the apartment is pleasant to stay in.
SPIRE is located in tLower Dorchol area, twenty minutes away from Knez Mihajlova street and half as much to Kalemegdan. There are at least tweo supermarkets in the immediate neighbourhood and an open public parking lot just a couple hundred meters away if you arrive by car (daily ticket is just a bit under 10 euros). One of the greatest advantages of SPIRE is the possibility of combining it with other five apartments situated on the same floor (EIFFEL STONE) which may be deemed suitable for larger groups of guests.
