STORK is a spacious and neat studio in Savada. It can accommodate four people.
With forty five square metrs of floor area, settled on the firts floor of a brand new apartment building in a brand new residential complex, STORK is a tidy and spacious studioin Savada that can compete with all of its short term rental neighbours. The bulk of it space is taken up by a large room that packs all of the functional areas of normal flat into one: a sleeping area with a bed and a wardrobe, a living room with an L shaped sectional ottoman and a dining area with a small but decent kitchen.The living area has access to a small balcony and the entryway leads into a standrd bathroom with a shower cabin and a small washing machine, as well as the kitchen and main room area. Sleeping arrangement is 2+2 / two can share the double bed whereas the other two share the fold out sofa. The apartment as a whole is agreeable, although watching TV will be more convenient from the bed than the sofa.
Savada is the first door neighbour to ABlock and much praised Belville, and the advantages of apartments for short term rent in Savada are numerous: location will suit a wide variety of visitors, brand new and well maintained surroundings, and a plethora of services in close vicinity. The thing that might spoil the overall convenience is the lack of a dedicated parking spot – in spite of the fact that its out of the zoned parking system, there is a great demand for it. Those who feel barve might want to leave their car on the empty parking lot across the street, or on the visitors parking of the nearby Roda (Stork) hypermart, which inspired the name of the apartment. For those who come on foot, tram and bus stops are less than a 100 meters away from the apartment. All in all, if you need a spacious studio in Savada, take STORK into consideration.
