BROZ is a top notch apartment in the very center of Belgrade. Right across the street from the City Hall, this studio apartment sleeps up to two adults.
BROZ is a lavishly equipped one bedroom apartment with a set of fairly innovative design features. It is located on the third floor of an elevatorless building. However, as there are two entrances into the building, if take the one from Kraljice Marije Street, there is just a single floor to overcome (two flights of stairs). Apart from the entrance door all of the other doors in the apartment are sliding doors ensuring a full utilisation of functional living space. The most distinctive and at this point unique feature of this Belgrade Apartment is the walk-in wardrobe that connects to the bedroom. Combined with the built-in closet and another wardrobe, there is an abundance of space to dispose your belongings. Kitchen is flawless, fully equipped and the dining area is nested within it. Sleeping arrangements are 2+2 : that is to say that two can sleep on the double bed in the bedroom and the other two use the fold out sofa in the living room.
For all of those who seek to stay in the very center of Belgrade location is indeed perfect. The Pioneers Park and the Old palace are literally across the street. A grand 24/7 RODA supermarket, located in the underground passage in Balkanska street is less than a hundred meters away. Terzije square is two hundred meters away and if you wish to add two more minutes to a pleasant stroll you will reach Knez Mihajlova street. A treat for those not fond preparing their own meals is the crepe-parlour AMIGO just a hundred meters away.One of BROZ’s advantages is the fact that it shares the building with TITO (pun is somewhat intended) – the two combined can accommodate up to ten people. For those arriving by car, two public garages are in a relatively close vicinity (Pionirski Park and Zeleni venac).
