FILM is a brand new apartment in a brand new building close to Vukov Spomenik. It's got a separate bedroom, a terrace and a dedicated parking spot in the building's garage. It accommodates up to five people.
With almost fifty square meters of floor area, divided between three rooms and an above average accommodation capacity, FILM is both aesthetically and functionally above average. The open concept living room is by far the largest; the kitchen and adjoining dining area are neatly packed in one of its corners. In addition to the large, fold-out, L-shaped sofa, there is another single bed right underneath the TV set, allowing for the total of 2+2+1 in terms of sleeping. The narrow corridor connects it to the bathroom and the bedroom which is in slightly cooler tones. Its large double bed with headboards, built in shelves, wardrobe set night stands and an additional TV set make it a truly nice place to rest. Owing to the built-in wardrobe in the corridor and its washing machine, FILM is suitable for extended stays as well. Its balcony has an interesting view over Ruzveltova street.
Location is at the very least interesting to all those who know Belgrade. It belongs to the greater city center, but a short five minute walk will get you to Vokov Spomenik. Two large thoroughfares intersect in the area (Dimitrija Tucoviča and Ruzveltova) where a dense network of frequent bus routes intersect. But in a way, this piece of information is secondary, because the main ace up FILM’s sleeve is its dedicated parking spot in the garage, which is included in daily rent. All in all FILM is a nice and agreeable accommodation for six people in Belgrade with a garage. So be our guest!
