DIALOGUE is a nice and contemporary styled apartment in New Belgrade. It accommodates four people.
With a bit under 55 square meters of floor area, DIALOGUE is a astonishingly neat, one bedroom apartment on the very entrance to New Belgrade (from the direction of Old Town). It consists of a small entryway that leads into a really nice bathroom one and an open concept living room on the other side as well as an impressive master bedroom and a small terrace that are adjunct to it. The apartment comes with all of the standard amenities that make it suitable for extended stays, and its ambiance, characterized by innovative lighting, fine color combos and contemporary furnishings makes up for a a really pleasant stay. Sleeping arrangement is 2+2.
The apartment is located in the close vicinity of Hayat Hotel (and therefore also near the Confluence Shopping Mall and Sava Centre). It takes less than ten minutes to get to the “very centre” on foot, and the network of public transport routes that stop at the nearby intersection provide an excellent connection to almost all other parts of town. On street parking is free of charge in the area surrounding the apartment building but since it is also rather sought after, you might easily end up in one of the surrounding streets where on street parking is paid by the hour (blue zone – daily ticket there costs approximately 3 euros), or the Sava Centre parking lot, where the daily ticket amounts to 15 euros per day. The price varies, depending on the number of guests, so do consult the detailed price-list before booking (to avoid unpleasant surprises). If the area DIALOGUE is in (which encompasess apartments near Sava Centar and apartments near the Arena in Belgrade, is your priority and you do appreciate fine contemporary interior design, then do take this apartment into due consideration.
