BEIJING is a spacious, standard one bedroom serviced apartment with its own parking and a balcony. It is right next to Delta City Shopping Mall in new Belgrade and it can accommodate up to four adults.
PEKING is a holiday apartment in Belville, structurally very much alike the most short term rentals in our offer in this residential complex . It accommodates up to four people, in a 2+2 sleeping arrangement (two in the bedroom and two on the fold out sofa in the living room). The interior of the apartment has contrasts of bright and dark colours with an abundance carefully nuanced yellow details . The spacious living room comprises a whole with the dining area and the dual access kitchen has doors on both sides. The bedroom’s large double bed is accompanied with a second TV set and a wardrobe. PEKING also has two washers: one for dishes and the other for clothes which, combined with all other amenities, makes it more than suitable for medium and long term rent as well.
The view from the balcony is a nice addition - it overlooks the evergreen shopping mall Delta City. Belville, and its first door neighbours (A-Block and Savada) happen to be the most hip locations to settle in Belgrade. To those who arrive by car, apartment’s dedicated parking spot will be of great value.
