BASTION is a refurbished one bedroom apartment in New Belgrade, not far from Delta City Shopping Mall and Sava Quay. It accommodates five persons.
Snuggled on the first floor of a skyscraper in New Belgrade’s Block 70, BASTION is a comparatively spacious short term rental and a one bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to five people. It consists of a large living room, simply but effectively furnished with a two seater sofa and a sleeper chair (they both unfold into beds), a separate kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a humongous ceiling height wcombined wardrobe, and a narrow corridor that connvetrs the three. The kitchen is somewhat unexpectedly, a kitchenette, since the apartment has a huge dining table, whereas the neatly arranged bathroom also packs a washing machine inside. The apartment comes with a neat, albeit open balcony, and the sleeping arrangement is 2+2+1.
Not far from Belville, Savada and A Block residentail blocks, BASTION is a couple minutes closer to the Sava Wharf, and couple minutes farther form the Delta City Shopping Mall. The neighbourhood hosts a number of small shops that work till late (off-licese, fast food burger joint,) and there is a large chinatown shopping centre a little further down the street with lots of medium quality good at ridiculously low prices. On street parking is free of charge , but fairly difficult to find. Finally BASTION’s price varies depending on the number of guests and it does so considerably. However, if you were looking for an apartment in Block 70, this is one of the very few that are available.
