STOYAN is a fully renovated apartment in Belgrade’s oldest urban quarter. It is 300 meters away from Knez Mihailova street, and just a hundred steps away from Kalemegdan Park.
This neatly arranged studio in the heart of old Belgrade has practical furnishings and humane interior design. The apartment consists of a small hallway, a bathroom and a single large room that has all other functional areas an apartment should have. It packs a kitchenette in one of its corners while the rest of the space is taken up by a fine dining table for four people and a fold out couch. The portable coffee-table can also be a night table while the couch turns into a comfy double bed. You can store your luggage in the wardrobe in the hallway, but given the free space at your disposal, it won’t make much of a clutter in the main room either. The bathroom has a built shower cabin which makes it incredibly easy for maintenance. The colour-pallet which mixes bright green, various nuances of wenge and white permeates the whole apartment and its aesthetic quailites are accentuated by both daylight and lighting in the rooms.
STOYAN is in one of the oldest streets in Belgrade and a part of the neighbourhood that bears pre-war authenticity. Apart from having a large green oasis for its next door neighbor, STOYAN is also superbly positioned for city breaks. Many interesting commercial and cultural establishments are within walking distance and the same goes for mundane things such as supermarkets, drugstores and exchange offices. If you arrive by car on street parking is available in surrounding streets but limited to three hours. So if you need a studio apartment in Belgrade next to Kalemegdan Park, STOYAN should be in your list of choices.
