LOFT is a superb, attic studio apartment in the very center of Belgrade, just a hundred meters away from the main promenade. This wonderful concoction of old and contemporary can accommodate up to four.It is on the fourth floor of a building where the elevator takes you only three floors up.

LOFT is a perfect example of how a comparatively small volume of attic space (with a somewhat more liberal floor area)  can be turned into a very authentic and pleasant living space. Seen from above LOFT is shaped as a letter C. One end nests a truly cute Norwegian bathroom with a washer and a very agreeable , fully equipped kitchen (in addition to standard appliances it has a dishwasher and a microwave). The other end packs a living room with a folding sofa and two single beds that may be put together into a large double (180x200cm). Sleeping arrangement is therefore flexible - whether 2+2 or 2+1+1. The narrow hall that connects the two is utilized as a dining room and a study. The whole apartment is dominated with ingenious design features. Owing to good placing of windows the apartment is abundant with daylight and the carrier beams (painted in shabby chic style) have an aesthetic function as well. The furniture is more than just fine, and coupled with the unusual structure of the apartment make it almost impossible not to feel cozy in it. When you add up a truly nice view over the motley crew of upper Dorchol’s rooftops, one can comfortably say that LOFT gives you an authentic experience of Belgrade.
Locationwise, it is perfect for a group of young friends or a four member family looking for a fine city break. It is nested into the old urban core of the Serbian capital with a multitude of cultural and touristy content. Half a dozen of museums (including the National) is just a few minutes walk, and you could reach Kalemegdan park even if you were blindfolded. Multitude of popular night clubs and restaurants are within a 500 meters radius and the proximity of High Street (Knez Mihailova) makes it a good shopping base.n The neighbourhood boasts some extremely fine specialized shops e.g. a chocolate boutique. On street parking is technically possible, but bear in mind that all three zones of limited parking criss-cross the area.
