PASTEL is an incredibly nice and tidy one bedroom apartment in a quiet part of Vračar. It can accommodate 3 persons.
PASTEL is a short term rental with modest floor area but high functionality and aesthetics. Overall it is a neat and comfy abode for up to three people. It consists of an entryway, a small bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a bathroom and an open plan living room (the kitchen and dining area are integral part of it). The main selling point of PASTEL is its interior design: contemporary and rustic combinations of furnishings and a soothing colour pallete blend in perfectly with handmade or carefully picked decorations. The living room sofa unfolds into a bed which can sleep the third person or two smaller kids. The bathroom is aesthetically befitting the rest of the apartment and it comes with a shower cabin and a washing machine. Given that the apartment has plenty of wardrobe space, PASTEL is a neat solution for extended stays as well. There is a small adjunct terrace with a sitting set that overlooks the quiet one way street it is in.
Snuggled on the first floor of a three-storey apartment building, it is surrounded by low family type houses and homes – in other words a very quiet area of town. It belongs to urban neifghbourhood called Red Cross, which partially lays in Vrachar and partially in Zvedzdara. It does not have its own parking, but it lays at the very brink of the zoned parking system, so you can either pay a nominal sum for up to three hours (Zone 3) or decide to walk a bit and park for free in one of the surrounding streets. Apart from the aforementioned qualities, it is worth saying that PASTEL comes at a rather competitive price, so if you do need a neat and comfy one bedroom apartment in the greater city center area PASTEL is highly recommended.
