INDUSTRY is a short term lodging for four people in the center of Belgrade. Its unique interior design should appeal to those who want a bit more than just good accommodation. It belongs to a group of apartments that share a floor of a building which may be combined for larger groups of visitors.
INDUSTRY is a rather commodious open concept studio that has been thoroughly refurbished in late 2015. The forty square meters floor area have been altered into an airy, and only functionally partitioned space with an unforgettable interior design. The antechamber, kitchen and the large living and sleeping area blend into a single beautiful room. The dividing element between the bedroom on one and the living on the other end is an innovative two faced cabinet – on one side it is a bookshelf and a TV stand and on the other its a multiple military style locker. the walls of both rooms have been decorated with the same yellow brick wallpaper with a denim upholstery fold out sofa leaning against it in the living area and the charming double bed in the bedroom. Kitchen is modest only in terms of appliances but it’s nevertheless functional and appealing. The bathroom puts a huge built in shower and an adequately styled interior at your disposal. Just like the rest of the apartments interior, the lights and wall decorations are a work of professionals. INDUSTRY is an apartment in Belgrade which recommends itself to groups of affluent friends.
Location is, without a grain of doubt central. Situated in one of the steepest parts of central Belgrade, many will find the fact that it rests on the ground floor quite comforting. Adjacent to the Ascension Church in Belgrade, just a couple hundred meters away from Terazije, Adnricev Venac and the administrative center of the whole country INDUSTRY is suitable for various types of visitors. It’s a fine night-out base (Svamala is just ten minutes away on foot) or a city break HQ (as museums and touristy spots atr all around). One might find it equally favorable for business trips that require visits to any of the numerous ministries or foreign embassies which are all pretty much within walking distance. On street parking in the area can become a proper headache and nearby garages charge quite a bit. As it shares the ground floor with MIRROR, BATH and AQUARIUM, it might be interesting to larger groups of visitors, who wish to stick close.
