Location is, without a grain of doubt central. Situated in one of the steepest parts of central Belgrade, many will find the fact that it rests on the ground floor quite comforting. Adjacent to the Ascension Church in Belgrade, just a couple hundred meters away from Terazije, Adnricev Venac and the administrative center of the whole country INDUSTRY is suitable for various types of visitors. It’s a fine night-out base (Svamala is just ten minutes away on foot) or a city break HQ (as museums and touristy spots atr all around). One might find it equally favorable for business trips that require visits to any of the numerous ministries or foreign embassies which are all pretty much within walking distance. On street parking in the area can become a proper headache and nearby garages charge quite a bit.
