PRIMA is a brand new and rather well equipped apartment in the greater city center area in Belgrade, furnished with all the necessary amenities for comfortable short-term, medium-term and long-term stays. With a regular rectangular shape as its basis, PRIMA consists of a large open concept living room functionally partitioned into a living room, dining area and a kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower cabin and a washing machine and a small but very agreeable bedroom with a large wardrobe a double bed with two night stands on its sides. Owing to the large sectional ottoman in the living room, PRIMA can sleep up to four people. Its interior is modern, possibly agreebale for most divergent tastes, and characterized by few, but carefully picked decorative details. A small but neat terrace that oiverlooks the backyard can be accessed from the living room.
Not far from Belgrade’s New Cemetery, Bogoslovija and just a couple hundred meters away from Vukov Spomenik, PRIMA belongs to the greater city center area in Belgrade. The neighbouthood is supplied with pretty much everything, and this includes a medium sized shopping center ZIRA which is less than 5 minutes away on foot. The only thing PRIMA misses to be highly recommended is a parking spot (on street parking is limited up to three hours and in high demand in this part of town). On the other hand a great number of frequent bus, tram and trolleybus routes stop within a 200 meters radius, so the connection to other parts of town is ensured. All in all if you were looking for an apartment for four in the greater city center in Belgrade, PRIMA is one of the available choices.
