MARCO is a brand new apartment in a brand new residential complex Savada in New Belgrade, close to Belville, It's a studio with a terrace that can accommodate up to four people.
This rather compact apartment in Savada has pretty much everything you might need for short or medium-term stay in New Belgarde. A well organised, modest floor area, of entirely open concept, makes MARCO a great place for two and a neat overnight for four people (preferably two couples). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine while the wardrobe in the foyer and a chest of drawers in the living room provide ample luggage space. The living room area has a neat, well equipped kitchen, a compatively large dining table that can be used as a desk, a two setar sofa and a standard double bed. The sleeping arrangement is, expectedly 2+2. Interior design is unpretentious and agreeable – decorative details are few but effective, and the layered ceiling is painted in a smooth lustrous lining of nacre. The balcony is accessed from the living room, and it has a neat sitting set for two.
In terms of location, this studio apartment should be quite convenient for all those who seek to stay in New Belgrade. Close to Sava Wharf (and its array of splavs), and in the immediate neighbourhood of Delta City, it will be unanimously appreciated by those who come to Belgarde for shopping, or clubbing on splavs. Although there is an open space parking lot nearby (for the visitors a furniture outlet) it is unmanned so we would not reccomed parking there. Besides, various types of public transport (mostly buses and trams) pass through the area, and stops are within walking distance, so you should be well connected to all other parts of town. So, if you happen to need an apartment in a brand new residential development in New Belgrade, MARCO is certainly worth considering.
