MAYA is a brand new, immaculately clean and perfectly arranged studio apartment, located close to Autokomanda. It's in a brand new building and it has a dedicated parking spot in the garage.
MAYA is a studio apartment with a separate bathroom and a half-partitioned kitchen, where a thirty square meter floor area has been utilised for maximum comfort of up to two people. The foyer where the wardrobe and shoe rack are, is only partly separate from the main area. The main area has the bedroom, living room and dining room packed into a single space. The whole interior is in bright colors, and a fine selection of paintings and decorative details makes it a pleasant one.
MAYA is definitely an apartment of choice for those who prefer contemporary civil engineering. It’s located in Voždovac, just a few minutes walk from Autokomanda. The Vojvode Stepe Street, which is the street it’s in, is one of the most important thoroughfares leading into the city center, so all guests of MAYA are guaranteed a good connection via public transport. Within a walking distance there are quite a few shops and supermarkets and the near end of the street also hosts a famous ethnic cuisine fast food establishment „Stepin Vayat“. In addition, the apartment is favourably located in relation to the Military Medical Academy and the general hospital BelMedic. To sum up, MAYA is a fine choice for up to two people who need an affordable short term rental option and do not have the city center as their priority.
