FERUM is a spacious two bedroom apartment, with a huge bathroom with a jetted bathtub and three terraces - right in the city center. It has a kitchenette that is a part of the living room.
Although FERUM formally belongs to Belgrade apartments with a jacuzzi bathtub, its foremost quality is as overnight spot in the very city center. Everything in the apartment is brand new, but there is a couple of organisational contradictions that ought to be pointed out. In the first place, the apartment is devoid of a kitchen. Instead, a kettle, refridgerator and a microwave are stored in the cupboard that stands in the living room. Its accommodation capacity is above average – the two bedrooms, bathing in pleasant green colour, have two standard double beds, and the folding sofa can sleep another two. It is therefore, a little bit awkward that the only bathroom in the apartment is equipped solely with a sumptuous, jaccuzzi jetted bathtub. Another slightly incompatible feature is the fact that there is a whole room dedicated to wardrobe, and yet the apartment has not got a washing machine. FERUM's bright spots are its three balconies, each equipped with a lovely garden sitting set and beautiful table lamps.Location is pretty good if you're coming to Belgrade for a night out or a city break. Kalemegdan Park less than a minute walk, the Strahinica Bana street is round the corner and the Concrete Hall (with its echelon of night clubs) is also nearby. Much of Belgrade's cultural heritage is in the neighbourhood (Frescoes Gallery, National Museum, etc.) but there is also a number of specialized shops. On street parking is available, but bear in mind that all three zones interlace there. If you need two bedroom apartment with no kitchen or washer and plenty of wardrobe space – FERUM might turn out right. Our recommendations would qualify it as either a romantic spot for two (or three, but by no means six) or a cozy spot for a small group of city breakers who despise cooking. The price varies considerably, depending on the number of guests, so do consult the detailed pricelist before booking.
