RAY is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor of an old, elevatorless apartment building. It consists of an entryway that provides access to all other rooms in the apartment: an exceptionally nice bathroom with a built-in shower, the bedroom and an open concept living room with a kitchen and dining area tucked in the corners. The living room has a beautiful L shaped sectional which unfolds into a double bed, so the apartment can easily sleep up to four persons. The dining table for four is next to it whereas the kitchen stands in the irregularly shaped alcove, with the sink, worktops and appliances built into the wall in a rather contemporary fashion. The bedroom is fairly spacious in comparison to similar units, and manages to squeeze in a desk in addition to the double bed , the wardrobe and the additional TV set. RAY is well designed, with a number of fine decorative and functional details, and a number of amenities that make it suitable for extended stays as well.
RAY’s location is anything but touristy, but it comes with a number of advantages. First of all it is within walking distance of Atlas Clinic, which seems to be one of the most prominent private hospitals in Belgrade. Consequently, it also falls into the group of apartments near the Pioneer Hall. It is well connected to almost all other parts of town, as the nearby Despota Stefana Boulevard has a great number of high frequency bus routes that service parts of town on both sides of the Danube. Parking along the street is limited up to three hours. In short, if you need an apartment near Atlas clinic, RAY is a fine option.
