IVOR is a contemporary style, studio apartment near the Arena. It can accommodate up to two adults.
With thirty square meters of perfectly arranged space, IVOR is one of the several short term rentals near the Belgrade Arena with an indisputable quality. Shaped as a Latin letter “C” this apartment consists of an antechamber with a beautiful small bathroom, a large living bedroom area and a separate kitchenette. In the main room, the sitting area consists of two beautiful wingback armchairs, an adequately placed floor lamp and a large wardrobe with dark reflexive surface and a coffee table, whereas the sleeping area has a standard double bed with two night stands. Opposite the bed is small desk and a large TV set mounted on the wall above it. The last in line is the little, and fairly adorably arranged kitchenette (with a microwave inside) with a breakfast bar and two neatly set bar stools and a wall adorned with a silhouetted skyline of Belgrade.
Apartment is close to Štark Arena, the largest indoor arena in this part of the world, that happens to host a multitude of sports, cultural and entertainment events. Neighbourhood is fairly supplied – to say the least. A large hypermarket and a plethora of small specialized shops, and a couple of renown Italian cuisine restaurants. On street parking is free of charge. All in all if you were looking for a modern and really tastefully arranged studio for two near the Arena, definitely take IVOR into consideration.
