BOUTIQUE is a top-notch studio at a top-notch location in Belgrade. Fully refurbished, right in a middle of pedestrian zone (just behind the National Theatre), BOUTIQUE can sleep up to three adults.
BOUTIQUE is a typical open concept studio, with more than just decent furnishings and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant short term stay. The slight deviation from the rectangular basis has been utilised for a practical ordering of the furniture. The alcove in the wall has been used to place the standard double bed, and on the opposite side is the fold -out loveseat that sleeps the third person, should the need arise. Truth be told, such arrangement may, at full capacity, avert those fond of watching TV in bed, but the price may do it beforehand (as the third person pays additional 5 euros/day fee – check out the detailed pricelist). The kitchen is functionally partitioned from the rest of the room via a breakfast bar, that at the same time plays the role of a dining space. The bathroom is a standard one with a high quality shower.BOUTIQUE is located in the most central part of Belgrade. Nested in the pedestrian zone in Cika Ljubina street, Boutique puts you at a minutes' gait to Republic Square or Knez Mihailova. Listing the range of facilities in this part of the city is somewhat superfluous as literally everything is close. Some of the most important cultural institutions, the nightlife districts (upper Dorchol), the main tourist information center the shopping zone and 24/7 shops could literally be reached blindfolded. It nominally lacks parking, but given the location, car becomes redundant. All in all, Boutique is an excellent apartment for a day in Belgrade –especially for two adults and a child.
