CAESAR is a fully renovated and bright apartment in New Belgrade. It accommodates four people.
With a rectangular base spanning on 45 square meters, CAESAR is a rather affordable one bedroom apartment on the very brim of New Belgrade, which is equally good for short medium and long terms stays alike. From the entrance you practically walk into an open concept living room, but owing to a fine organization of space it feels like an entryway, and the right hand side is reserved for a rather appealingly designed kitchen (with a stylish breakfast bar). The living room area is partitioned into dining space with an L shaped bench and a couple of chairs round the table on one and another L-shaped sectional sofa that can be folded out into a double bed. From there one can access the small but likeable bedroom with a double bed or the terrace that spreads the full width of the apartment. Tall and wide combined wardrobe provides plenty of space for all four guests, and the pleasant colours of furnishings and practical organization of space guarantee a pleasant stay. Since its lovely bathroom also has a washing machine, CAESAR can be said to be quite suitable for extended stays.
Although it belongs to New Belgrade, CAESAR stands on its very brim, closer to Bežanijska Kosa. In close vicinity of an almost iconic panorama of Block 62 (which can be seen from the terrace), near the six lane boulevard that used to be Vojvođanska street, CAESAR is perhaps best described as one of the apartments near the Belgrade Airport (although this is a relative proximity). Parking space is abundant and free of charge. When all is said and done, if zou are looking for an affordable short term rental in New Belgrade for up to four people, doo not miss out on CAESAR.
