WALLFLOWER is a brand new one bedroom apartment in New Belgrade's Belville. With an enclosed terrace and a parking spot on the plateau in front of the building it is a comfortable abode for four people.
Structurally an identical twin of the CHAIN, WALLFLOWER is a lovely spot for up to four adults. The kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom are physically divided from the large living room which packs a dining space within it. An additional storage room in the back of the kitchen is also used as a laundry (as its sole furnishings are the refrigerator and the washer. Furnishings are pristine and a palette of pleasant, warm colours (from burnt sienna to tangerine) permeates the apartment The nice sectional sofa in the living room unfolds to become a double bed, allowing for a 2+2 sleeping arrangement.
Belville residential complex is still one of a kind - practically a small city for itself. One of the reasons fro its popularity is the close proximity of the second largest shopping mall in Belgrade – Delta City, but a number of other services within the complex certainly contribute to the overall feeling. Besides, the Sava Wharf (with river barge floating clubs) and Ada Ciganlija are within walking distance. With a parking spot available at a surcharge of 5 euros per day, apartment WALLFLOWER has everything you might need for your short term stay.
