YEVREM is a well arranged studio for two, with an access to a large private yard. It is in the heart of Belgrade.
YEVREM is a fully refurbished accommodation for two in Belgrade in the vicinity of the „Sveti Vid” clinic. The central part of this studio contains a double bed, two chairs and a table. A vertical, ceiling-height shelf divides this bit from the kicthen, which also has a small breakfast bar with two bar stools. The bathroom comes with a washing machine, and when you couple the lot with ample wardrobe space and fully equipped kitchen, the apartment may be deemed quite suitable for extended stays. With brand new furnishings and interesting industrial lights, YEVREM happens to offer another rare amenity: a ground floor terrace which ovrelooks the backyard of the apartment.

The pedestrian zone (Knez Mihailova street) is 350 meters away from the apartment and same goes for Republic Square, Bohemian Quarter Skadarlija, and Cetinjska Street – which is currently the trendiest nightlife hotspot. The apartment hasn’t got its own parking, but the guests who arrive by their own car could try one of the public garages approximately 20 minutes away from the apartment. In terms of price and quality ratio, the apartment is a great choice for couples who need accommodation in the center of Belgrade, or accommodation near the Sveti Vid Clinic.
