MARGARET is a brand new apartment in New Belgrade, in Belville residential complex, next to Delta CIty shopping mall. It has its own balcony and own parking and can accommodate up to four people.
Although the same can be said of all apartments in Belville, MARGARET is yet another short term rental without a flaw. This state-of-the-art abode is comfortable and convenient and has all the necessary features for a short term stay in Belgrade. Apart from the large and quite charming living room, you also have a separate bedroom (with a built-in closet), a sparkling bright and fully equipped kitchen and a large laundry room, that can also be used for other types of storage (i.e. luggage bags). The living room also contains a large, built-in wardrobe, so there should be no problem, whatsoever, with regards to storage space. The layered ceilings, subtle nuances of pink and brand new homeware, won’t leave anybody indifferent. When you add to it all a dedicated parking spot in the building’s underground garage (accessed with keycard), there is absolutely no reason why four ladies, looking for accommodation in New Belgrade should not choose this fantastic apartment as their short-term abode. If you wish to do so, you can also leave your vehicle in a closed garage box - the daily surcharge is 5 euros.

The top-notch maintenance is coupled with an abundance of places of interest – the most impressive of which is the Delta City shopping Mall. A treat inherent to the location during the late spring and summer is the proximity of The Sava Wharf. An array of river club barges (the so called splavs) spreads a whole mile upstream. Moreover, a river taxi operates in the area, so you can get to Belgrade’s Sea (Ada Ciganlija) in no time. All in all, if you’re looking for a nice, gentle and somewhat feminine apartment in New Belgrade, MARGARETA is the thing for you.
