SUGAR is a neat and compact two bedroom apartment in the city center. It's well equipped and boasts a twelfth floor view over much of Belgrade.
SUGAR is a smart and appealing abode for to four people in one of the most favorable locations in Belgrade. Its 50 square meters of floor area neatly partitioned between the open concept living room, two minuscule bedrooms (each with a double bed, a Tv set and a wardrobe), a laundry and a bathroom. All of the apartment's furnishings are brand new and the interior design is quite contemporary. The only thing that may be enlisted as a shortcoming for extended stays is the fact that it comes with a kitchenette, because it has got all other prerequisites of a comfortable medium term abode. SUGAR's functionality and aesthetics are likely to appeal to small groups of friends on a city break.
The apartment's location is damn fine for the above mentioned purpose as well. The immediate neighbourhood (literally within a 20 meters radius) hosts a plethora of nightclubs and pubs (Šćer, KGB and Black Turtle pub) whereas a ten minute walk will get you to almost any place of interest in Belgrade city center. The street its in has a number of supermarkets, and convenience stores, and the ground floor hosts a 24/7 shop. On street-parking is virtually impossible and the closest public garage charges a 20 euro per day ticket. However, a car may be a bit superfluous, given the apartments location. All in all, if you want a nice place in the very center of Belgrade for up to four people, SUGAR is a pretty good choice.
