KENNEDY is a large two bedroom apartment in New Belgrade. It can sleep up to six people.
For Belgrade standards, KENNEDY is a rather spacious apartment which is furnished in a rather retro stzle, and given its sheer size it might even appear minimalist. It consists of two bedrooms, a humongous living room, a kitchenette and a rather voluminous hallway that connects them all. The first of teh bedrooms has a small two seater sofa that unfolds into a double bed, the master bedroom has a king sized double, whereas the living room has another fold out sofa so the apartment can sleep up to six people (in 2+2+2 arrangement). The kitchenette contains only a single worktop, and since there is no border between the sitting and ding area the whole living room appears rather spacious. KENNEDY is a dual aspect apartment: one of its sides boasts a ninth floor vie over the Danube and Retenzija, whereas the whole flank of the kitchen bathes in sunlight that comes on the grounds of the inner courtyard of block 9a. The apartment comes with a washing machine and ample wardrobe space, and since it is out of the zoned area, on street parking is free of charge.
The location of the apartment is, well, very New Belgradian -quite close to the Danube Quay, surrounded by blocks of flats and services for its tenants. It is also in the close proximity of Zemun, so those who seek accommodation there might find KENNEDY suitable as well. In addition to its really motley furnishings the price varies with the number of guests so do consult the price list before booking. But even with the increase, the KENNEDY is still a budget accommodation option, so if you were looking for a cheap apartment for six in New Belgrade, then this might just be a good option.
