EUREKA is a one bedroom apartment for short rent for four persons. It is well arranged, it has a terrace, and a parking spot in the building's underground garage, available for a surcharge.

EUREKA is a very agreeable lodging, with forty odd square meters of floor area, which were somewhat clumsily divided between the entryway, kitchen, bedroom and a living room area with an adjoining terrace. It is intended for four people at most, whereby two would share a double bed in the bedroom and the other two could sleep on a fold out couch in the living room.  Its small and neatly equipped kitchen can be accessed from the entryway as well as the living room, and right next to it is the dining table with four chairs, only functionally divided from the rest of the living room.  The sub standard sized bedroom happens to pack a double bed (that can be accessed only from one side), a medium sized wardrobe and an addittional TV set, so that even at full capacity nobody is deprived of watching their favourite programs in bed. Apartment's interior has a cheerful combo of colours, and its decorative details supply an overall homey atmosphere. As the apartment has got a washing machine and plenty of room to dispose stuff, we would recommend for extended stays as well. The overall price depends on the number of guests, and the use of garage, so we advise you to consult the detailed pricelist before booking.   
Savada is a brand new apartment complex in New Belgrade, which owes much of its reputation to its (far more architecturaly accomplished) first door neighbours - A Block and Belville.Location is superb as far as New Belgrade goes, and the proximity of important thoroughfares (including the E75 interstate) makes it well connected to almost  all other parts of Belgrade. A myriad of commercial facilities and useful services abound within walking distance, including the Sava Wharf with its authentic Belgrade splavs. In short, a there is something for everyone. Therefore, if you need an apartment in Savada for four, with a garage spot of its own, then EUREKA will fulfill it.
