FELIX is a one-bedroom apartment with a terrace in a brand new apartment building in Dorćol.
FELIX is an immaculate apartment in a newbuild in Dorćol. It has got a bedroom with a marriage bed, wardrobe, night stands and a TV set, The bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine, The remainder, which is actually the larger part of the apartment, consists of a open concept living room. Since the whole apartment is brand new, the kitchen is fully equipped and comes with custom made cupboards and cabinets, which, surprisingly, do not disturb the aesthetics of the room. The dining table is next to the wall, whereas the rest of the room holds the space for living room area and the fairly large balcony with a sitting set.The three seater in the living room unfolds into a double bed so the apartment can actually sleep up to four people. It would have been ideal if it’s parking spot was closer, but it is not too far away either - it is in Knez Miletina street and available upon request.
Although the apartment is located in Old Town, building that the aprtment is in is brand new and rather luxurious. The area is urbane, filled with cafes, shops, in the vicinity of Bayloni Green Market, Bitef Theater, Skadarlija (Belgrade Bohemian Quarter and a standard tourist trap). Ten minutes walk will get you to the Republic Square. Location and furnishings are this apartments greatest advantages, so we recommend it to the widest variety of guests.
