GARDEN is an apartment for two, who need a top-notch accommodation in equally fine surroundings. Although rare, such places exist in Belgrade, and as far as short term rentals are concerned, they’re confined to new Belgrade. ABLOK is Belville’s first door neighbour, and its environmentally friendly engineering and high aesthetic criteria even slightly surpass the residential giant. This new mecca of urban living hosts unique accommodation capacities, and GARDEN, manages to stand out among them, owing to its charming little ground floor terrace that the whole apartment is facing. The apartment is an open concept studio, which spreads an air of novelty and dedication to quality: everything spanning from door knobs to bathroom sanitaries is unquestionably above standard for Belgrade terms. Apart from the functional areas one would expect from a contemporary studio apartment, GARDEN also has a nice little study area next to the kitchen. The apartment is abundant with decorative details and has plenty of wardrobe space (a ceiling height sliding door built in closet is in the hallway). GARDEN is a truly nice and pleasant spot for a short term stay in New Belgrade.
Location affirms it as a first choice of corporate clients, but tourists won’t be disappointed either. It’s a great spot for shopping trips, a DELTA CITY shopping mall is just around the corner, whereas the lively Sava Wharf with its numerous splavs is just a ten minute walk. The connection to city center (as well as other parts of the city) is also superb – you can choose between trams and buses, many of which are high frequency lines. For those in need of parking, there is a parking lot that belongs to a large furniture shop a few minutes away, but it is not manned. All in all, if you are looking for a studio in a brand new apartment building and cool surroundings, GARDEN might just be the place for you.
