SAMBA is a extraordinary studio apartment in A Block. It can accommodate up to four, but is really best for a couple.
An appealing interior on a 35 square meters floor area, fully equipped for extended stays. If asked to describe our latest acquistion in A Block – apartment SAMBA - in a single clause, that's the one we would use. Structurally identical to the apartment LANE, this delicate studio represents in many respects its upper scale variant. The nice and contemporary design bathroom has a lovely shower cabin made entirely out of glass, and a washing machine, the entryway packs a set of large ceiling high wardrobes and the main room is split between the fully equipped kitchen and a living-sleeping area - functionally divided with a breakfast bar. The living and sleeping area lie in the same plane : there is a TV shelf that partitions the bottom of the double bed and the space between the coffee table and the sofa, with a TV facing the sofa. The smart utilization goes a step further, so you also have a small “study” squeezed between the wardrobe and the sofa. Therefore it is both functionally and visually accomplished apartment for short term rent. It can sleep up to four people, but it will feel crammed (especially for the two who have to share the sofa). Ideally, it should be for two people.
A Block is a brand new residential complex – a condominium to be precise- and first door neighbour to the much praised Belville. This in itself, means that the apartment is perfectly positioned in relation to important city thoroughfares as well as commercial and leisure spots of interest in New Belgrade (Shopping mall Delta City and the Sava Wharf top the list). ABlock’s common areas are slightly more advanced than its decade older neighbour, and they come with a reception desk. The only thing that SAMBA really lacks to be outstanding is a dedicated parking spot. Although on street parking is free of charge it is also pretty scarce, so if you arrive by car you might have trouble finding a spot in the area. Various forms of public transport (mainly trams and buses) stop in the surrounding area and ensure a good connection to almost all other parts of town. Therefore if you do want an aesthetically pleasing and well furnished studio in Block A, SAMBA is the place for you.
