PIONEER is a warm, snuggled Belgrade apartment on a first flor of an apartment building very close to the city center. A separate bedroom and accommodation for up to six people.
PIONEER is yet another top notch interior in the seemingly endless array of Belgrade’s short term rentals, and a truly wonderful abode for six in Belgrade. Its quite generous floor area has been partitioned between five separate rooms with a small corridor connecting them. Just as you enter the apartment there is a spacious dining room on Your right with a big dining table for six and slightly smaller but fully equipped kitchen. On the left hand side, just after the large ceiling height sliding door wardrobe is the master bedroom. It has a lovely double bed with a combined wardrobe and an additional TV set. Oposite to it is the gorgeous bathroom (we really mean it) with a large built in shower hidden behind the glass panel. The last is the rather commodious living room with two comfortable fold out sofas with a fine contemporary wall mounted tv cabinet.All in all, PIONEER’s furnishings and design are above average and so is its price. As it depends on the number of guests, do check the detailed pricelist before booking in order to avoid unpleasant surprises.
The apartment is located in the greater city center area. The neighbourhood it’s in is quiet and peaceful due to a network of one way streets that permeate the area and most of the buildings are pre-war family houses. Getting to the very center means crossing a single street, and a fifteen minute one will get you to the Republic Square. The neighbourhood is well supplied with shop, bakeries, cafes and even a few restaurants, and there is an oasis of greenery just two minutes away on foot (the Botanical Garden). When you add up the parking spot in the backyard, PIONEER is indeed one of the coziest short term rental choices you could make for six people.
