BELL is an apartment for five people in the close vicinity of Main railway Terminal in Belgrade.
BELL is a space that could be characterized as a one bedroom apartment, but its organisation of space and interior design are non-standard to say the least. The entrance leads straight into a dining hall, coupled with a kitchen with rather unusual recycled furnishings – the dining table is made out of an entrance door, while the kitchen sink is made of a chair turned upside down. Due to its arrangement and available kitchenware, however, it serves merely as a kitchenette. On the right side it connects to a tiny bedroom with a single bed and a claustrophobia inducing bathroom, with nothing but a shower bath in it. A small corridor with a built in closet on one and wet closet on the other side, leads from the kitchen into the largest of all - the living room. This gem has an old worn out sofa that turns ino a double bed, a standard double bed and a pair of ladders serving as a clothes rack. Unusually tall ceilings create a commodious feel about it, and the backyard orientation ensures a rather quiet atmosphere, in contrast to its surroundings. It's located in a trendy night out area Savamala, and it is the sole ace up its sleeve. There is a possibility of on street parking in front of the building.
