LORD is a lux apartment in the very center of Belgrade.
Snuggled on the third floor of an old apartment building with an elevator and central heating, LORD is a fully renovated luxurious abod in the very heart of Belgrade. It boasts pre-war architecture: unusually high ceilings and large two winged doors and an overwhelming spaciousness and abundance of natural light. Its whole interior exhudes luxury, so one should not be surprised to find that most of its furnishings have been custom, hand-made, to the minutest little detail. For example, the three seater sofa in the living room has been fitted with a special type of matress so that it could increase the feeling of comfort, once its folded out into a bed.
But if we’re to describe things in their natural order we should start with the entrance. And right at the entrance there is a breakfast bar and a decorative glass panel that partitions the kitchen from the hallway. On the left hand side is the simple bathroom with a built shower cabin, and straight ahead is the living room area. Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom, which contains the marriage bed (with an accently lit headboard), a night stand and a desk. Both rooms have huge windows which allow for an abundance of sunlight during the day, and provide a view over the pedestrian area in the city’s very heart.
It is somewhat superfluous to spend too many words on the advbantages of its location – it is at the corner of two streets that comprise the pedestrian area of the capital. The guests of this apartment have Knez Mihailova street within arm’s reach and just a couple minute walk gets them to Belgrade Fortress (Kalemegdan) or the Republic Square. LORD does not come with its own parking so it may be worth taking Obilicev Venac Garage into consideration if you arrive by car (which is and additional 20 euros per day surcharge). In spite of that fact, and due to its fantastic interior design, we do categorize it into the group of luxurious abodes, that also happened to be one of the aparments near Knez Mihailova street. Moreover, we wholeheartedly recommend it to those who seek an extraordinary accommodation in the very centre of Belgrade.
The price varies, depending on the number of guests, and the minimum stay is two nights.
