TERM is a studio in Vrachar. It has a galleried double bed and can accommodate up to three adults.
TERM is on a ground floor of an apartment building with a separate entrance. It is technically a two-level studio, with a structure and interior design that is reminiscent of a tiny mountain cottage. The first floor consists of a living room, the dining area the kitchen, the bathroom and the terrace and the gallery holds a double bed or more precisely a large matrass on its floor. The bathroom has a shower cabin, and the washing machine is tucked in the kitchen. The terrace is crammed in the yard between tall buildings but it is isolated from the noise and has its own wicker sitting set. The living room area contains a clic-clac couch and two armchairs, so coupled with the bed on the gallery TERM can sleep-up to three persons.
TERM is in a trendy area of Vračar, just behind the St Sava Temple. Beside the obvious landmark, people also attach the location to a plethora of fine restaurants (Terminal, Pizza Bar, Marenda, Tzeger) which are busy throughout the day. Besides, Slavia Square is but a 7 minute walk, and it takes as much on foot to get to Kalenich Green Market or Autokomanda. On street parking is limited up to three hours, so it might not be the most suitable option for those who arrive by car. On the other hand, if you are looking for an affordable and charmingly arranged decent abode in Vračar for three persons, TERM could be one of the options.
