DUSHAN is a very bright apartment in a new build in Zemun. It has a separate bedroom, a balcony and sleeps up to two people. A garage is available for a surcharge.
DUSHAN is an apartment in Zemun in Gornji Grad. Its forty square meters of floor area are divided between an open plan living room, a bedoom, a bathroom and a terrace. With an L shaped base, the smaller part of the living room is taken up by the kitchen. The larger part has a clic-clac two seater, two coloured eames inspired chairs, a club table and a TV stand. Another sitting area is on the small terrace that overlooks the Zemun rooftops. The bedroom is in simple forms, and has a double bed with accompanying night stands. The bathroom is supplied with a washing machine and a tub which has a hydromassaging mechanism.
DUSHAN is in Gornji grad, one of the oldest and most famous neighbourhoods in Zemun, with its rows of old single storey family houses and four storey newbuilds. DUSHAN is in one of the latter. Guests can use the garage in the building for a surcharge, but somwhat paradoxically, most other parts of town can be reached much quicker via public transport. The neighbourhood hosts the municipality’s promenade Gospodska street and from there Gardoš and Zemun Quay. All in all, if you do need accommodation in Zemun, DUSHAN might just be the right thing.
