RHUMBA is a fantastic studio apartment in ABlok for up to four persons. Fully furnished for extended stays it also has a terrace that overlooks an unusual playground built on the huge terrace on the first floor of the apartment building.
Structurally quite similar to SAMBA (and LANE for that matter), RHUMBA is yet another neatly arranged space with 35 square meters of floor area with all of the necessities for a comfortable short term stay in New Belgrade. Apart from the bathroom with a shower cabin and washing machine which is spatially separate, RHUMBA consists of a single large open concept room. Just like its predecessors, RHUMBA also has a TV shelf at the bottom of the double bed with a TV facing the couch on the other side of it< thereby packing the living „room” and “bedroom” in the same plane. The sleeping arrangement is 2+2 (double bed plus a fold out couch). The interior design follows suit of the overall great impression: the lazered ceilings with different types of luminaries, the fine finishings on the wall with decorative granite tiles, the draperies and small details all raise the apartment’s aesthetics to an enviable level. Unfortunately, RHUMBA does not have a parking spot, and on street parking is scarce.
Location advantages are numerous, both for New Belgrade and Belgrade in general. As is the case with other short term rentals in Block A, the common areas are impressive and rather well maintatined, there is a multitude of commercial and recreational facilities in the surroundings and teh overall living conditions are miles above the Belgrade average. Quite a few public transport routes stop within a hunderd meters radius of the apartment, and ensure a good connection to almost all other parts of Belgrade. Therefore, if you need a truly greart studio for four people in Block A, RHUMBA should unambiguously be one of your top choices.
